CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
The Governance pillars are based on the key aspects that must be formalized and applied in practice for effective governance. Good corporate governance works to have formal tools and compliance with them. The support to the governing bodies aims to identify weaknesses in institutional governance and improvement actions to strengthen it effectively and comprehensively.
We have certified training consultants. The working method is based on the gif program (Governance and Financial Inclusion), which has standardized tools developed to carry out an ex ante and an ex post institutional diagnosis, measure the level of effectiveness of corporate governance and implementing and designing an improvement plan adapted to the needs identified in each organization. This covers the pillars of the general conditions, property rights, OR Management and management bodies, control bodies, compliance and risk management, ethics and conflicts of interest, communication and transparency of information.
